Paper 2 (8461/2F and 8461/2H) of the AQA GCSE Biology course: a 1 hour 45 minute written exam worth 100 marks (50% of the qualification) on topic 4.5 homeostasis and response, topic 4.6 inheritance, variation and evolution and topic 4.7 ecology. The same three topics make up Biology Paper 2 of AQA Combined Science: Trilogy, so a lesson only the separate Biology course teaches is tagged Separate only, and a lesson only the Higher tier sets is tagged Higher.
